How to QC Check SuperBuy Orders: A Complete Inspection Guide

Learn how to inspect SuperBuy warehouse photos, identify defects, and decide whether to approve or return items before shipping.

Quality control is the most important step in the SuperBuy workflow. When your items arrive at the SuperBuy warehouse, staff take photos of the actual product. These photos are your only chance to catch defects before the item ships internationally. Once you approve the item and it leaves the warehouse, returns are nearly impossible.

Start with the overall shape. For shoes, check the toe box symmetry and heel alignment. For clothing, check the drape and silhouette. If the item looks misshapen in the photo, it will look worse in person. The SuperBuy warehouse uses standard lighting, so colors should be relatively accurate.

Zoom into the stitching. Good stitching should be straight, evenly spaced, and free of loose threads. For shoes, check the stitching along the sole and the upper. For clothing, check the seams, collar, and hem. Double-stitching is a sign of better construction. Single-stitching with loose threads is a red flag.

Check the print and embroidery. For graphic tees, the print should be centered and not pixelated. For embroidered items, the thread should be tight and the design should be symmetrical. Uneven embroidery or off-center prints are common defects that are easy to spot in warehouse photos.

Inspect the hardware. For bags, check the zippers, buckles, and strap attachments. For shoes, check the eyelets, laces, and tongue. Hardware should feel solid and not wobble. If the hardware looks cheap in the photo, it will feel cheap in person.

Compare against the listing. Open the original product page in a new tab and compare the warehouse photos with the listing photos. Look for color differences, material texture changes, and missing details. If the warehouse photos look significantly different from the listing, request a return.

For sizing concerns, ask for a measurement photo. SuperBuy offers a paid measurement service where staff measure the item in centimeters. This is especially useful for shoes, pants, and jackets where fit is critical. The cost is minimal compared to the cost of a wrong-size item.

If you find a defect, act immediately. Use the return or exchange request in the SuperBuy warehouse interface. The faster you request a return, the higher the chance the seller will accept it. Delays reduce the seller's willingness to cooperate.

Always request at least 3-5 photos per item. The default SuperBuy photos may only show the front. Ask for side, back, and detail shots. The extra cost is worth the peace of mind.
